Flying through April

March and April were so full of things that I needed to get done and helping my husband work on his shop that we were finally able to get built. I ended up canceling the local in person class to focus on things at home.

The winds we normally get in March actually showed up in April, and there have been few days without blowing sands in the high winds.

April 23rd was my scheduled Stampin' Up! OnTour event. There was a lot of sharing of ideas using many of the new products in the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog, as well as networking with other Demonstrators. Part of this online event was a virtual card swap using new or current products. A gift for  registering for the event was a ree stamp set (chosen randomly by Stampin' Up!). I received Bottled Happiness. Here's the swap I made.
My husband is very happy to see his shop come together after many years of waiting and of preparing. Here's some pictures of what we've done.
We wanted to insulate it due to cold winters here.
We had to rent a Sky Jack to run electrical and install lights because the ceiling is so tall.
With all of my husband's tools, benches, and shelves, it is filling up fast. We still need to get things out of one more shed to put in the shop. Then he can start organizing.
We also got a small wooden shed to put the electrical breaker box and air compressor in that is outside of the shop. It really cuts down on the noise inside. Yes, I am aware that he didn't line up the vents in the doors, and I've explained how this pains my OCD.

I appreciate the patience with me for taking a little time off for my home and family.
